Currently I offer mostly online counselling sessions. I use secure and easy-to-use platforms for video calls.
Some face to face appointments are available in Monmouth/Chepstow/Ross On Wye. Please enquire.
How to book

To book a session, you may call me or email me, or use the form provided. You can include as much or as little information about your problem you want or can at this point.

I aim to respond within 48hrs.

We arrange a free phone call (optional).

We book the first 1 hour session.

During this session we will explore your hopes and difficulties in the way that feels right for you. I will provide as much guidance as you require.

From then on, we will continue your counselling journey in regular 50-55 mins. sessions.
